Unibios 3.1 released

Razoola schreibt an keiner Stelle von irgendwelchen internationalen Rechten, sondern er schreibt lediglich von den Nutzungsbestimmungen für sein UniBios. Obs juristisch stichaltig ist kann ich nicht sagen, ist halt eher ein Gentleman's Agreement von ihm mit seinen Nutzern. Letztlich kann er juristisch wohl nichts machen, aber er kann was ganz anderes machen wenns ihm zu bunt wird: Das UniBios einfach nicht mehr erweitern.
Am Geld scheints ihm nämlich gar nicht so wahnsinnig zu liegen, denn jeder Käufer des Bios erhält die Updates kostenfrei gegen Versandgebühr.

Was mich aber interessiert ist das hier:

im Kämmerlein sitzen und privat Eproms zu verschicken

Verschickt er Eproms nur als Austausch für zerstörte Originale, oder für Raubkopien?

Razoola, to put this war down, I will only use the 3.0 BIOS from now in my modifications for AES and MVS. I am interested in some kind of partnership to make this official to sell. If you're interested (or not) please let me know via Private Message.

Right now I'm on vacation until the beginning of January. So I won't sell anything until then.

Ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung, du kannst dir jetzt immerhin nicht mehr vorwerfen lassen das du keine Einigung eingehen wolltest ect.
Ist doch besser als Kommentare zu löschen und Argwohn hervorzurufen, oder?

Um meinem Ruf gerecht zu werden das ich alles kommentieren muss:

Alexis hat NIE Posts im offenen Forum gelöscht, sondern ausschließlich in seinem Verkaufsthread und damit zu 100% nach den geltenden Store-Regeln gehandelt. Es steht jedem User frei Beiträge in seinen Verkaufsthreads beliebig zu löschen/ löschen zu lassen. Hätte also die Diskussion von Anfang an hier stattgefunden, wären keine Posts gelöscht worden.

Die Rede ist aber von dem Verkaufsthread! Da bietet er ja das Unibios an, oder etwa nicht? Meine güte wie sich einige manchmal verstellen können.

Da es aber keine Kaufabsicht war = spam. Hat da nichts verloren einfach. Bisher hat er mich nie persönlich kontaktiert. Irgendwie immer nur andere, die damit nichts am Hut haben sollten.. Ich warte nun jedenfalls.

You are more than welcome to use the latest free universebios version (currently v3.0 available from the homepage) in your modifications, I have no problem with that at all. You are not however allowed to sell the free version or any other version seperately, it must be as part of a bios modification only. This is not just for you, all modders have these same conditions so please don't take it personally.

If you change your forum add to show its universe bios v3.0 used in your mods and also remove the sale of the bios seperatly then all will be well and I will thank you for your understanding.

There are modders who do provide original unique universebios with unique serial numbers or even custom serial number and message to reflect their modding name in their mods. For example 'ALEXIS/MASAMORI sn: 0000' could be allowed to show on the splash screen providing a clear serial number that is incremented with each universebios I provide. You can also tie bios serial numbers to the AES serial number being modded as many users like this. I can give you the same terms as all othere modders if you would like to do this, contact me (razoola@universebios.com) once your back from vacation and we can work it out.

You still need to remove the bios sold seperately from your add then all is good.

Auch hier noch mal zur allgemeinen Info, damit der restliche Verlauf nicht so stehen bleibt, sollte hier mal wieder jemand neues lesen: Ich bin ab sofort offizieller 3rd Party Installer (klick) und darf in Verbindung mit einem Umbau mit dem 3.1er Unibios arbeiten.
